SportsMedicine GRANT & Orthopaedic Associates is dedicated and committed to providing easy access and a smooth process for any physician or healthcare provider / facility seeking the use of any of our many services. Whether you are a physician wanting to refer a patient to one of our orthopaedic specialty surgeons, or a physical therapist wondering what protocol to use for a patient we have referred to you for rehabilitation, we will do our very best to accommodate your needs.
Referring Physicians
As a referring physician, we understand that you want the ability to refer your patients to specialists who will treat and care for your patients with quality and care. Our orthopaedic specialty physicians understand this and strive to accomplish this with all of our patients. We will help make your referral process quick and easy, affording you more time to spend with your patients.
To make a referral to one of our orthopaedic specialty physicians or to physical / occupational therapy, just call one of our three locations, Downtown Columbus, Dublin, or Pickerington, and identify yourself as a physician or physician office. We will gather the information necessary to get your patients scheduled. To speed up this process, refer to the link below where you will find the form necessary to schedule patients. If you are looking for recent results or information about your patient that has already been seen by one of our orthopaedic physicians, please ask to speak to that physician's personal orthopaedic assistant. For your therapy patients, please call our physical /occupational therapy departments directly.
