Robert A. Fada, MD – Director of Joint Replacement and Revisions

Dr. Robert Fada joined OhioHealth Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Physicians in 2001 as the Director of Joint Replacement and Revisions. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh, where he played varsity football with the legendary Dan Marino.

In 1983, Dr. Fada was drafted by the Chicago Bears of the National Football League and held a starting position as a rookie. He then played for the Kansas City Chiefs from 1985 to 1986. He left professional football to pursue a medical career. Most recently, Dr. Fada was recognized by his peers as one of the nation’s top orthopaedic surgeons.
